REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gonna Drive, operated by Cryscol Solutions ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to offer the best vehicle rental services to our customers. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds will be processed. By booking our services, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

    Customers may request a cancellation of their booking by notifying Gonna Drive at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date of the service.

    Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the service start date will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

    To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email at info@gonnadrive.in or through the contact number provided at the time of booking.

2. Refund Policy

    Non-Refundable Bookings: Refunds will not be provided for any bookings where the cancellation request is made within 7 days of the service start date.

    Eligible Refunds: For cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the service start date, a refund will be processed after deducting any applicable administrative or processing fees.

    Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking and may take up to 10-15 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

3. Service Non-Utilization

    If a customer fails to utilize the service on the scheduled date without prior cancellation as per the terms mentioned, no refund or credit will be issued.

    No refunds will be provided in cases where the customer is unable to produce the required documents (e.g., valid driver’s license) or fails to meet the eligibility criteria for renting the vehicle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

    Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional cases, such as service failure due to circumstances attributable to Gonna Drive. Such cases will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

    Refunds will not be provided for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

5. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

    Customers must send their cancellation or refund request to info@gonnadrive.in, including the following details:

      Booking reference number

      Name and contact details

      Reason for cancellation or refund request

    Incomplete or invalid requests may result in delays or denial of refund.

6. Amendments to the Policy

Gonna Drive reserves the right to amend or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in our services or business practices. Updates will be posted on our website and application with the effective date clearly stated.
